Graphic Artist Statement
Like you, pinball machines are always on my mind. I vividly remember the day I acquired my first pinball machine, Creature from the Black Lagoon, which I used to play at my local arcade. The hologram left me utterly amazed, I thought it was the coolest thing ever. Pinball machines played a significant role in developing my interest in art. I remember wandering through arcades, captivated by the back glass and playfield artwork—stunning portrayals of distant lands, space scenes, barbarians, and mythical monsters—all of which fueled my passion for collecting and restoring pinball machines and classic video games. These experiences, combined with pop culture influences, have shaped a graphic art style that I aim to channel into Defiant Pinball Co. apparel, reflecting my deep appreciation and enthusiasm for this wonderful hobby and sport.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Our products are printed on demand, which means we do not keep an inventory of every SKU. Orders usually require up to two business days for printing before they are dispatched from our production facility. Depending on your location, you can expect to receive your order within roughly 10 days. However, if you need your order for a specific event, we advise planning for at least two weeks to account for any unforeseen delays.

Once the order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking link. Please check your email spam folder to ensure that the tracking link is not there. It is important to note that your submitted address must be 100% accurate. Even a single missed letter or number can lead to a delivery failure. Please make sure to provide the correct delivery address and all necessary details. Keep in mind that lost orders due to incorrect delivery addresses are not eligible for free replacements.
Orders for fulfillment are an automatic process, please let us know immediately, time is crucial there is a 12 hour window which an order can be edited prior to production and fulfillment.
Please contact us within that 12 hour period.
Once it's in production the order cannot be altered.
If items are missing from your order, please note that orders with multiple items may be fulfilled by different print providers and suppliers. As a result, they may be delivered to your specified address on separate days, even if they were ordered together on the same day.

Returns
If you would like to return your product item you can for store credit within 14 days of when your order was received. All items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and send you an email with your store credit.
Please note to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To expedite the resolution process for your return or exchange issue, we require customer to provide photographic or video evidence that clearly displays all areas of concern regarding the product.
Exchanges
All our products are printed and embroidered to order, we do not keep inventory or stock and cannot offer an outright exchange.
When choosing color and size please choose carefully as we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with your order number and order details please attach in email photos of defective or damaged at dsa@defiant.net.au and send your item to: Defiant Corporation PTY LTD / Defiant Pinball Co. Once your product has been verified by customer service team to be defective or damaged a replacement product item will be shipped to your original address.
Cancellations
To cancel product order, you must let the customer service team know within 12 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our absolute best to cancel any orders after this period but once production begins we can no longer cancel the order.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
Customers in the USA and other countries
Customers in the USA and other countries wishing to return items should refer to the return address on their original delivery package. If needed, take a photo of the original packaging address for your records and send your item back to this address. This process ensures that we receive the item quickly and directly to our print provider facility, allowing production team to directly inspect the product issue allowing them to resolve the customer’s return or exchange request more swiftly and efficiently.
Australian customers
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Defiant Corporation PTY LTD / Defiant Pinball Co. PO Box 1083 Sunshine West Melbourne Victoria Australia 3020.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
